from the home page of our website:
Frankenbike #34 - Saturday Noon-4pm June 14th at the 51st Street Shop - We are hosting a Frankenbike at our 51st street shop in it's final weeks of operation. We are trying to make as many bikes rideable as possible to sell at the austin-notorious roaming bicycle parts swap meet. Funds generated for YBP bike and parts sales will help with construction costs for our new headquarters facility. Stop by any scheduled shop night to volunteer and help build up bikes for the sale.
And from the Bikes page of the website:
Ready to Ride Bikes - If you don't have time to volunteer or build your own bike, we have a limited supply of ready-to-ride bikes available at both of our shop locations. YBP volunteers have fixed up these bikes and prepared them for you to ride away. We ask for cash donations in exchange for ready-to-ride bikes. Proceeds are used to support our project and maintain our shop
We'll have bikes available for very reasonable donation amounts, some even in the $10-$20 range at the sale on the 14th. After that, we won't have many bikes available till we get our new shop headquarters built, so don't miss the big sale -
